Can You Store Beef Patties Overnight in the Fridge

Will hamburger patties I prepared be okay overnight?

In the fridge of course. I used some seasoning salt and pepper on them earlier, then covered them with saran wrap on a plate. I just dont feel like messing with them tonight, I dont feel good

They'll be just fine. Maybe even better.

Alright, they probably won't be better, but they will be fine.

Make sure they are sealed relatively air tight.

Enjoy.

They will be good; Actually letting the seasoning sit overnight will improve the flavoring of it.

Just put them in a container or one of those locking freezer bags. They'll probably be better after being seasoned overnight.

I tend to worry about things of this nature because of the kids. I dont want them eating anything that could remotely be spoiled

Ground beef overnight in a fridge? No worries.

I was eating some that was almost a week past the sell-by date (note that sell-by date != use-by date)..then it started looking a little weird a day or two later..so I tossed the rest. I'd like to think I'm still alright..

If they turn gray, toss 'em.

More so that I removed it from its vacuum packed little white tray, and then wrapped it back up in saran wrap on a plate. I always prepare/cook meats right away when the store seal is broken, thats why I asked

Remember, the more gently you form the beef into patties, the better they taste.

Also, don't press down on the patttties when you're cooking them.

I leave mine on a plate (not sealed). Tastes fine even 2 days later.

I work for a butcher now, and they'll be A-Okay for a few days, if wrapped properly. Even after they turn a little brown, they're still fine.

yep, couple of days are fine. Like 3-5.

I am going to fire them up around noon tomorrow. I hope they are safe under the saran wrap layers

i had to take state sponsored food saftey classes and unless they stay at room temp for over 4 hours your good

Just cook thoroughly and you will be fine.

I always throw mine in the freezer, even if just overnight.
When you do cook them, they won't shrink as much.
